In the past twenty years, Ferdinand has used training interventions, facilitation and coaching to help thousands of professionals from business organizations across different sectors improve their personal effectiveness and leadership capabilities.

A well-known resource person, seminar and retreat facilitator, Ferdinand has a deep knowledge of the art and practices of Business and Social Networking, Selling, Negotiation, Relationship Management and Personal Effectiveness. Ferdinand’s interventions provide practical techniques and principles for establishing reliable and replicable pattern of competencies that guarantee the achievement of superior performance in self and in the organization.

He has facilitated several streams of programmes on Selling, Negotiation, Customer Relationship Management and Personal Effectiveness for organizations in different sectors of the economy including: Fidelity Bank Plc., Zenith Bank Plc., FCMB Plc., UBA Plc., Diamond Bank Plc., First Bank Plc., Standard Chartered Bank Limited, Consolidated Hallmark Insurance Plc., Niger Insurance Plc., Etisalat Nigeria Limited, MTN Limited, Sahara Group, Total Nigeria Plc., NNPC, etc.

Currently the Managing Director/CEO of Selling Skills Support Services Limited and Chairman, Board of Directors, Right Selection Limited, Ferdinand is a performance improvement coach, facilitator and consultant. He was for over eight years the Managing Director/Chief Executive Officer of i-Skill Limited. He was also the pioneer Managing Director, FM Marketing Network Limited.

He is a Certified Trainer, and a fellow of the Institute of Certified Sales Professionals. He has also attended and facilitated several training programmes in Nigeria, Ghana, United Arab Emirates, United Kingdom and the United States of America.

He is married to Chichi, and together they have two children – Peniel Bilinachukwu and Jedidiah Kosisochukwu.
